аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û seeks a dynamic and experienced Instructor in Business to join our Economics, Business, and Finance Department beginning in the fall semester of the 2025-2026 academic year. This is a full-time, continuing, non-tenure-track position that offers an exciting opportunity to engage with students, contribute to the department’s academic goals, and bring practical business insights to our curriculum.  

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Design and deliver three (3) engaging undergraduate courses each semester, such as (though not limited to): marketing classes, including principles of marketing, marketing research, and advertising management; and/or management classes, including principles of management, business information systems, and leadership in organizations. 
  • Create and assess student assignments, exams, and projects. 
  • Provide professional mentorship and academic support to students through formal advising responsibilities. 
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to broader curriculum development. 
  • Engage with the wider campus community through committee service. 

Qualifications: 

  • Advanced degree in business, marketing or related field, master’s degree at a minimum.  
  • Proven track record of effective teaching and student engagement and/or significant professional experience in marketing or management. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and staff.
